Intellipur is constantly monitoring critical control parameters of your Purfresh Wash system, and responds automatically to process changes. It will immediately shut down and alarm if unexpected conditions arise. Detailed reports are available online for stakeholders and regulatory bodies, providing the documented evidence necessary for proper HACCP control.

Purfresh Wash generates ozone from ambient air on-site, ending chemical purchase, storage, and disposal issues. After oxidizing its target, ozone conveniently converts into pure oxygen, leaving product taste, texture, and smell characteristics in their natural state. The Purfresh Wash spray bar solution works with existing equipment and processes, and it’s easy to install, operate, and maintain. Ozone is certified organic, allowing processors to run both conventional and organic product on a single line.
